The Project begins with an eye test for every pupil attending the participating school. This is carried out in two stages: the first, performed by the teachers, consists of a very basic eye test; the second, performed by our ophthalmologists, consists of a closer examination of the children who have not met the requirements of the first basic test. The Project also includes the provision of glasses for those who need them. The Foundation is also committed to the follow-up treatment of children who are suffering from more serious visual problems. |
